In 2012, they joined EquipNet as a Senior Sales Rep & Marketing Lead, where they played a key role in revolutionizing surplus asset management services for corporations in various industries. Kyle then worked as a Sales Manager, specializing in equipment sales, and later transitioned to become a Corporate Relationship Manager, focusing on corporate relations. Additionally, in 2012, they worked as a Bartender at At Your Service. Overall, Kyle Ross has a strong background in sales, marketing, and asset management.

Kyle Ross received their Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2012. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Information Technology, which they completed in the same year.
