Roberta Bosignoli has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Roberta started their career as a Trainee in Marketing & Administration at Start State of the Art Informatica in 2000. Roberta then moved on to MANN+HUMMEL Group, where they worked as a Key Account Manager for Brazil from 2000 to 2005.

In 2007, Bosignoli joined Porto Seguro as a Business Development professional, and they stayed there until 2008. Roberta then transitioned to AVK International A/S as an Operations Manager for Brazil, where they led a team of four and managed the supply chain, contributing to the establishment of local manufacturing.

From 2014 to 2017, Bosignoli worked at TALIS Group as an Area Manager for Brazil. Roberta successfully established the company's local operations and secured a contract to supply specialized hydro valves for a hydropower plant. Additionally, they defined and implemented sales, marketing, and partnership strategies for Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

Currently, Bosignoli serves as the General Manager for EquipNet in Brazil, a global leader in surplus asset management solutions. In this role, they oversee the operations and manages a diverse customer base across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, and chemicals.

Throughout their career, Bosignoli has consistently demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in operations and business development.

Roberta Bosignoli has a diverse education history. Roberta first attended the Centro Universitário Claretiano from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a major in Letters. Prior to this, from 1999 to 2003, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Centro Universitário Sant'Anna. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, they attended FIEC - Fundação Indaiatubana de Educação e Cultura from 1995 to 1998, where they completed a Technical program in Administrative Support.
