Steph Florquin

Steph Florquin is a gender equality expert with over 10 years of experience in advancing gender equality and minority rights through programmatic work and research in the NGO sector. Currently an independent research consultant, Steph has held various roles including Programme Manager at CIVAM 31 and Board Member at Eurocentralasian Lesbian* Community (EL*C). Their expertise encompasses gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health rights, and LGBTQI+ rights, supported by a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from Université de Toulouse-le-Mirail. Fluent in English, French, and Swedish, Steph is passionate about using action-oriented research to promote human rights.
