Gavin Shay

Gavin Shay has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gavin started their career at Autoglass in 1994 and worked as a Branch Manager and Call Centre Team Manager until 2000. Gavin then joined Alliance & Leicester, where they held various positions such as Call Centre Team Leader, New Business Call Centre Manager, Intermediary Sales Manager (Mortgages), and Senior Manager of Intermediary Operations (Mortgages). In 2007, Shay moved to AXA PPP healthcare, where they held the roles of SME Sales Manager, Head of SME Client Delivery, and Head of Intermediary Partnership Development. Their most recent role, starting in 2017, is the Distribution Director and Co-Founder of Equipsme, a company that provides employers and self-employed individuals with affordable and practical health insurance solutions.
