Russell Kilpatrick

Russell Kilpatrick is the Chairman of Spring Partners Limited and Equipsme Holdings Ltd, where they are driving innovation in the health insurance sector. With nearly 30 years of experience in building and developing insurance businesses, Russell left the industry in 2016 to focus on diverse investment ventures, which include property and skincare. Prior to their current roles, they served as Executive Director and Chairman at various international firms, including DUAL International Limited and Tamesis Dual Limited. Russell holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bradford.
