Héctor P. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analysis, targeting strategies, and project management within political and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Targeting at Equis Research since April 2022, Héctor has previously held roles such as Senior Database Specialist at SEIU and Regional Targeting Director at DCCC, where expertise was applied in advising congressional campaigns and conducting polls across multiple states. With a solid foundation in data analysis from positions at the Democratic National Committee and Communications Workers of America, Héctor also possesses international experience, having worked on community-focused initiatives in Mexico and supported advocacy organizations. Héctor holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
