Jaewon specializes in structuring tax-efficient solutions for global projects and investments in the APAC region, particularly in countries like Australia, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Jaewon's expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax compliance. Han holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from NBS Alumni Affairs, NTU, and a Bachelor of Urban Administration from the University of Seoul.
