Jay Lee

Jay Lee is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in thermal power, hydrogen, offshore wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Equis Development Pte. Ltd. since June 2022, Jay previously held roles at Q CELLS Australia from January 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included Head of Operations and Project Manager focusing on solar and BESS development, as well as energy retail business initiatives. Prior experience includes a position as Mechanical Engineer at Korea District Heating Corp from May 2011 to December 2018, specializing in various thermal power technologies. Jay is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Mechanical with Business at the University of Melbourne, expected to be completed in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Korea Maritime & Ocean University.
