Stephen Donaldson currently serves as the Project Construction Manager at Equis Development Pte. Ltd., overseeing the MREH Project, a 600MW/1.6GWh BESS initiative. Previously, Stephen held the position of Senior Project Manager at D&S Resources and diverse managerial roles at Enerven, contributing to the SA Water Zero Cost Energy Future (ZCEF). With a strong foundation in quality management as the Divisional Quality Manager for RCR Infrastructure, Stephen has led numerous renewable energy projects. Early career experience includes electrical engineering roles with Rio Tinto and Leighton Contractors. Stephen's academic background features an MBA and various management qualifications from the Australian Institute of Business, along with a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland.
