Frédéric Bertoïa

Frédéric Bertoïa is the co-founder of EquiSafe, a company that revolutionizes the management of non-listed companies' shareholders using blockchain technology. Prior to this, Frédéric worked as a Blockchain Legal Advisor at EY, focusing on developing software solutions for eTaxation using Ethereum blockchain. Frédéric also has experience in M&A Real Estate at Olswang (now CMS), Legal Risk Management at Total, and as a Tax Lawyer at OTSAR Audit et Conseil. Frédéric has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Laws in European Economic Law from Stockholm University and a Diploma in International Business Law and Tax Law.
