Grif Barhight

Grif Barhight has extensive experience in business development and sales management, currently serving in business development at Active Interest Media since February 2021. Previous roles include sales manager positions at HomeAdvisor and Cannopoly, where responsibilities encompassed business-to-business software sales, prospecting, and conducting presentations to decision-makers. Grif has also served as a sales account executive at HireEducation, Inc., focusing on educational and talent management organizations. Their foundation in education includes a significant tenure as a high school teacher and the head boys varsity lacrosse coach at Fairfax County Public Schools, where Grif developed and motivated over 100 players, achieving a 100% graduation rate for seniors. Additionally, Grif has experience coaching international lacrosse teams, including the Finnish World Team and the Finnish U-19 World Team. Grif holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Mary Washington, along with a Virginia teaching certification.
