Mike has over 20 years of executive leadership experience with both large international and mid-sized domestic insurance companies. He has strategically designed, implemented and/or consolidated every type of insurance administrative and financial system during his insurance career. He holds a business administration degree from Southwest Baptist University, and is a designated Fellow at the Life Management Institute (FLMI, from the Life Office Management Association) and a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP, from the Project Management Institute).
As president of their strategic data migration partner UCT, Mike has a vision for the future of consulting by assisting customers to solve challenging business problems with their systems. He’s a thought leader and frequent speaker. His leadership and team has helped to successfully complete more than 200 life, annuity, health, and P&C data conversion projects which has established UCT as a world-leading authority in that area.
