Mohit Samant has over 15 years of experience in software development and functional leadership, beginning with a role as Senior Software Engineer at Mahindra Satyam from September 2008 to August 2011. Following this, Mohit worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Sr. Product Specialist from September 2011 to October 2020. Mohit then joined Equisoft, initially serving as Senior Functional Developer and later being promoted to Lead Functional Developer from November 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Mohit holds the position of Manager Functional Development at Equisoft since July 2023. Mohit earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from BIT Sindri (2004-2008).
