Monica. Dragan

Monica Dragan (Rotaru) is a Director of Regional PMO Canada at Equisoft, where they are engaged in insurance and project delivery. With extensive experience in service management solutions, systems integration, and automation, Monica has previously held leadership roles, including Program Director at BMC Software, overseeing IT service management for the Government of Canada. They also served as Director of Service Management at CGI, where they managed service integration and automation initiatives. Monica holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in IT and Business Administration from esteemed institutions such as UQAM and Université Paris Dauphine.
