David Morales

Vice President, Digital at Equisolve

David Morales is the Vice President of Digital at Equisolve. Prior to their current role, David was a Senior UX Strategist at PwC's Digital Services from March 2011 to July 2013. There, they were responsible for the creation, development, and implementation of digital strategy that was aligned with the client’s business goals and requirements. In addition, David was responsible for the overall execution of UX from both design and application experience views.

David started their career as a Web Designer at the University of Miami from August 2009 to February 2011. As the creative lead in UX and design of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine digital presence, David was responsible for the creation and development of information architecture, wireframes, usability standards, and visual style guides. David also worked with web developers in the implementation of new approaches and provided consultation on visual branding representing the School of Medicine and interactivity on the web.

During their time at PwC's Digital Services, David was promoted from Production Designer (2011), to Digital Strategist (2011), to Senior UX Strategist (2012). David also led a project that was the recipient of Local Gold Addy Award.

David Morales has a minor in visual art from Florida International University.

David Morales reports to Tom Runzo, CEO. They work with Stephanie Serafine - Director, Application Development, Sandy Caputo - Vice President, Client Success, and Glenn Kesner - Vice President, Studio.
