Equita Financial Network was born out of a mission to create real, tangible change in the financial services industry — and it’s what drives everything we do. Co-founded by Bridget Venus Grimes and Katie Burke, Equita empowers independent, women-led financial planning firms to provide outstanding service to their clients, achieve business success, and leverage a network that allows them to do their life’s work without sacrificing what matters most.

Together, we're committed to increasing the number of female-owned and -led financial planning firms in our industry and attracting more women to the field. In addition to providing a platform of leading client solutions to foster growth and service excellence, Equita has created a community that gives member firms organic outlets for mentorship, and opportunities to share best practices, resources, experiences, and even succession planning strategies.
