Doug Nodgaard

Doug Nodgaard has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting from their role as a Credit Analyst at FirstTier Financial to their current position as Community Bank President at Equitable Bank. Throughout their career, Doug has held various leadership positions, overseeing lending departments, managing loan portfolios, and leading business development efforts. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wayne State College and has completed the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School program at the University of Oklahoma.
