Equitable Impact Solutions LLC (EIS), founded by Naomi Moskowitz, specializes in program evaluations, strategic planning, and organizational capacity building. With over 20 years in non-profit management and a background marked by personal challenges—including leaving an ultra-orthodox religious community and rebuilding her life as a single mother of three—Naomi brings a unique perspective to our work. She is passionate about helping organizations reduce barriers to service for marginalized communities, drawing from her own experiences of overcoming adversity to access crucial support systems.

At Equitable Impact Solutions, we envision a world where all individuals have equitable access to supportive services. EIS conducts thorough assessments to identify and address systemic barriers within organizations, ensuring their programs are inclusive and effective. We specialize in crafting strategic plans that optimize resources and align with each organization's mission, fostering efficiency and sustainability.

By partnering with us, organizations gain actionable strategies to enhance their impact and responsiveness to diverse community needs. Our commitment extends beyond advice; we strive to drive positive change and improve outcomes for those who rely on essential services.

Together, we're building a more equitable future, empowering individuals and communities to thrive.
