Allison Burch

Allison Burch has extensive experience in training and communications, currently serving in the Central Supervision Unit at Equitable since June 2020. Prior to this role, Allison worked at AXA US from February 2014 to July 2022 as a Training and Communications Manager, where responsibilities included onboarding and training over 90 Branch Compliance Managers and communicating policies within AXA Advisors. Additionally, Allison held the position of Regional Manager of Controls at AXA US, managing Branch Control Managers to ensure compliance with industry regulations and providing training on policies. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Relationship Manager and Relationship Manager at Fidelity Investments from October 2010 to January 2014, and as an Investment Representative and Financial Representative from July 2005 to October 2009. Allison Burch holds a degree in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.
