Ashwin Darbar

Ashwin Darbar is a seasoned professional in information security and technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Security Architecture and Engineering at Equitable since February 2019. Ashwin has played a pivotal role in the Enterprise Architectural Governance Review board, focusing on secure design practices. Prior to this role, Ashwin was the Cyber Security Manager at Cloud and Things Inc, leading projects in Cyber Security Consulting and Business Continuity for a significant state agency. Ashwin's experience also includes various positions at I-Card Systems, EDS Gmbh, Tata Technologies Limited, and HCL-HP Limited, where Ashwin contributed to projects in information security, SAP R/3 systems management, and customer support. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University and has a robust background in both technical and managerial roles across diverse sectors.
