Aubrey Hait

Aubrey Hait, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and employee experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at Equitable since January 2020, Aubrey has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources Program Leader and Director of Employee Experience. Prior to Equitable, Aubrey spent nearly a decade at AXA US in roles ranging from Employee Experience Program Director to Project Delivery Manager. Additional experience includes serving as an Advanced Les Mills BodyCombat Instructor and working with organizations such as the Southwest YMCA and Metro Fitness. Aubrey holds a B.S. in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University and an M.S. in Management from Keuka College, along with certifications in Project Management Professional and Certified ScrumMaster.
