Brian Miller

Brian Miller, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Equitable, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Brian worked as an Employee Relations Consultant at Ally from October 2019 to February 2021 and as Chief of Staff for Nash Rocky Mount Schools from May 2016 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as the Coordinator of Employee Relations at Union County Public Schools and as the Employment Specialist-HR Director at the Department of Children and Families, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing human resource functions across multiple departments in Connecticut. Brian's career began as the Assistant Director of HRIS/Implementation at Connecticut Community Colleges, where notable achievements included recognition from the Chancellor for expertise in benefits and retirement implementation. Brian holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University and a BS in Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University.
