Brian Sumutka

Brian Sumutka is currently the Senior Director at Equitable, where Brian leads the Life New Business Operations. With over a decade of experience at Genworth, Brian previously held the position of Director of Service Delivery, overseeing Customer Experience, Vendor Management, TPA oversight, Workforce Management, Quality, and Analytics in a multichannel contact center. Brian is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and obtained an MBA in Finance from Penn State University.
