Christina Butler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Lead Director of Market and Channel Development at Equitable since June 2018, Christina has a proven track record in enhancing retail sales distribution across the United States and Puerto Rico as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at AXA from January 2014 to June 2018. Prior roles at AXA US included Assistant Vice President for both Divisional Growth Initiatives and the Strategic Initiatives Group, as well as an AXA Way Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Analyst. Christina began a career at GKN Securities from 1996 to 2000 as a Registered SA. Christina holds an MBA in Management from Baruch College and a BBA in Management from James Madison University.
