Conor Heffernan

Conor Heffernan is an experienced leader in strategy, innovation, and data within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Innovation & Data at Equitable since May 2016, Conor manages teams focused on strategy development, innovative concept incubation, and data analytics for a $40 billion business. Prior to this role, Conor held the position of Senior Director in the Strategic Initiatives Group at Equitable, overseeing enterprise-level growth initiatives. Conor's experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Enterprise Strategy and Business Development at MetLife Hong Kong, where responsibilities encompassed multiple lines of business and direct reporting to the CEO. Earlier career roles included positions at AXA US as a Senior Associate in Business Development and a Corporate Strategy Analyst. Conor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Scranton.
