Dana Harris

Dana Harris is an accomplished legal and technology professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Law Department Projects at Equitable since November 2018, Dana leads legal technology initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and chairs the Technology Committee overseeing the law department's project portfolio. Concurrently, Dana is also the Co-Chair of the Law Department Maturity Assessment and Planning Committee at CLOC, focusing on creating data-driven resources for legal operations leaders. Prior roles include Managing Director at Scientific Business Gear, overseeing significant divestiture transition programs, and a series of directorial positions at DXC Technology managing large-scale IT projects for clients such as Lockheed Martin Sikorsky Aircraft. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certification in Executive Leadership from Cornell University and a Master’s in Information Technology Leadership from Capella University.
