Daron Murphy

Daron Murphy currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the CEO at Equitable, a position held since August 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with the CEO to drive the company's growth strategy and overseeing strategic planning and execution. Prior roles within Equitable include Senior Manager and Manager in the Office of the CEO, where Daron led special projects, managed day-to-day operations, and prepared strategic materials. A Management Rotation Associate role provided exposure to various business areas, while earlier positions included an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS and a Summer Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives. Daron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Scranton.
