Desann Ingram

Desann Ingram is an accomplished leader in talent management and employee experience with a robust background spanning over 17 years across various organizations. At Equitable, Desann served as Talent, People Analytics and Employee Experience Leader, where a customized talent identification framework was developed, and later as Head of Talent and Performance, focusing on scalable talent solutions. Previously, Desann led Diversity and Inclusion strategies at AXA US and directed Human Capital initiatives at Marsh, emphasizing client service and profit optimization. Desann's experience also includes roles at AXA Equitable and TIAA, where strategic management and innovative HR practices were key in driving organizational change and operational excellence. Desann holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University and a Master's in Public Administration from Pace University.
