Dmitry Ivanov

Dmitry Ivanov currently serves as the Associate General Counsel and Head of Investments and Derivatives at Equitable, a role held since February 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team of attorneys and collaborating with various departments on legal aspects of investments and derivatives. Prior to this position, Dmitry held roles at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates as a Senior Associate, where Dmitry represented clients in capital markets and corporate transactions, and at Goldman Sachs in the Securities Division Compliance. Dmitry's earlier experience includes positions at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Coudert Brothers LLP, gaining extensive expertise in corporate, regulatory, and structured finance matters. Dmitry holds two LLM degrees, one from New York University School of Law and another from Central European University, and a Diploma in Law from Saratov State Academy of Law.
