Edward Roa

Edward Roa is the Lead Manager of Corporate Compensation at Equitable, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, Edward held several positions in corporate compensation, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Lead Associate at AXA US, where they focused on compensation programs' administration and analytics. Edward began their career as an Operations Generalist at TNTP and also completed a Management Trainee program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Technology Management from Polytechnic University in 2009.
