Eric Colby is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in IT management and systems architecture. As Chief Technology Officer at Equitable since December 2010, Eric oversees a large organization of over 200 personnel and a $45 million budget, focusing on technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and the execution of expansive enterprise projects. Previous roles include Chief Architect at AXA Equitable, managing IT architecture and a $25 million software budget, and Director of IT, where Eric led the development of applications that supported a 7,000-person retail sales force. Eric's career began at AIG as a Technical Project Manager, where initial web initiatives were implemented, further solidifying expertise in technology and security.
