Jackie Fechtmann

Jackie Fechtmann is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in business partnership and talent development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Equitable since September 2021, Jackie previously worked as a Talent Development Specialist at the London Stock Exchange Group, supporting a large organization in learning management. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at CompuCom, where Jackie enhanced organizational effectiveness, and HR Manager at Brighthouse Financial, overseeing HR Employee Services and workflow processes. Earlier experiences at MetLife involved supporting executive-level HR goals and managing HR projects. Jackie also has a background in education as an ESL instructor and holds a Master’s degree in TESOL from LIU Post and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University at Albany.
