Jen Jaynes

Jen Jaynes serves as the Associate Artistic Director and Teacher/Director at MacGuffin Theatre & Film Company since June 2011. In addition to this role, Jen has held various positions including Producer Assistant at Equitable since October 2021, and Adjunct Faculty at Villanova University since August 2019. Jen has extensive experience in performance and direction, serving as Sales Manager & Repertory Actor and Director of Business Development at Without A Cue Productions, LLC since June 2007, and currently as Board President & Artistic Associate at Beacon Theatre Productions since July 2015. Jen also works as Director of Musical Theatre at Upper Dublin School District since October 2014 and has directed several productions at various theatres. Jen holds a Master of Arts in Theatre from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
