Jennifer Xu, FSA, FCIA, CERA, is the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Equitable, a position held since 2025. Previously, Jennifer worked as a consultant and senior manager at Oliver Wyman, focusing on the Canada Life and US Life Practices from 2019 to 2021. They began their career with a co-op position in Global Asset Liability Management at Manulife in 2015 and also completed several internships at Milliman and Oliver Wyman. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with Honours Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, earned in 2018.
