Jerah Torde

Jerah Torde, PHR, serves as an HR People Advisor at Equitable since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager with the US Army from November 2019 to September 2022, where significant accomplishments included coaching leaders on career development, improving performance management programs, and enhancing employee well-being initiatives. Additionally, Jerah held various HR leadership roles in the US Army between 2015 and 2019, successfully implementing programs to integrate women into military specialties and fostering inclusivity through training on transgender policies. Jerah holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and Near Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures from Indiana University Bloomington.
