Jessica Olich

Jessica Olich currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the New York Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance and holds the position of Head of Governance, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Assistant Corporate Secretary at Equitable, where responsibilities include establishing a corporate governance team and overseeing Board of Directors matters. Prior to these roles, Jessica Olich worked at Assurant for 14 years, where responsibilities included leading global corporate secretary and corporate governance functions, as well as handling legal aspects of compensation, securities, and corporate transactions. Earlier experience includes roles at Alston & Bird LLP. Jessica Olich earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
