Joe Blanchfield

Joe Blanchfield is an accomplished sales leader in the financial services industry with extensive experience in employee benefits and insurance. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Connecticut at Equitable since September 2020, Joe provides customer-focused technology and group benefit solutions through partnerships with employee benefit brokers and consultants. Prior to Equitable, Joe held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Reliance Standard from December 2014 to September 2020, where Joe specialized in innovative employee benefits solutions. Additionally, Joe served as a Senior Account Executive at Lincoln Financial Group and an Account Executive at The Hartford. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
