Jon Davis is an accomplished professional in operations and project management with extensive experience in innovation and design. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Equitable since December 2018, Jon has played a key role in enhancing the enterprise's operational efficiency. Previous roles include leadership positions in the Strategic Innovation Group and as Senior Project Manager in the Results Delivery Office at Equitable, where Jon oversaw complex, enterprise-wide projects. At Bluerock Energy Services, Jon successfully developed a startup division into a multi-million dollar energy efficiency team. Earlier experience includes project coordination for Puget Sound Energy and serving as a Graduate Student Educator at Syracuse University. Jon holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
