Joseph O'Leary

Joseph O'Leary is a seasoned UX professional with significant experience in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Equitable since January 2019, Joseph leads UX/UI design and front-end development for various applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards for accessibility and performance. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at AXA US from 2014 to 2019, where user-centered experiences were developed for marketing sites and client-facing portals through thorough UX research. Experience also includes a position as a Senior Web Designer/Consultant at Diversant, LLC, and extensive work as Production Manager and Senior Designer at Total Advertising Inc, focusing on front-end development with a strong foundation in coding and design principles.
