Justin Lehmann

Justin Lehmann is a seasoned professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and analytics, currently serving as a DEI Analyst at Equitable since September 2023. Previously, Justin was the Director of Inclusive Leadership Strategy at Greatheart Consulting, where collaboration with companies helped foster inclusive leadership practices. At Wells Fargo, Justin held the position of Analytics Consultant 5, focusing on strategic engagement across multiple lines of business, and earlier at Bank of America, served in various roles including SVP - Operations Research Manager, driving employee engagement and cultural initiatives for a large organization. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
