Keith Pressley

Keith Pressley currently serves as the Head of HR Operations Delivery at Equitable, a role held since January 2021, having transitioned from Vice President & Senior Director of Project Management. With over a decade at Equitable, Keith oversees comprehensive HR services and leads a significant team in support of 350,000 professionals. Prior experience at AXA US spanned 25 years, where Keith held various roles, culminating as Vice President of Human Capital Management Solutions, and played a pivotal role in managing a $1.5 billion payroll and enhancing HR operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems Management from Baruch College.
