Kristin Roman

Kristin Roman is currently the Regional Managing Controls Officer at Equitable, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this role, Kristin served as the Regional Managing Controls Officer and Field Reviewer-Lead Manager at AXA Advisors from 2014 to 2015. They also worked as a Senior Agency Compliance Consultant at MetLife from 2010 to 2014 and as an Associate Agent at Nationwide Insurance from 2007 to 2010. Kristin earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, graduating in 2005.
