Kyriaki Dyer

Kyriaki Dyer is the Senior Director and Head of Strategy, Innovation & Audit Practices at Equitable, where they lead the Audit Services team, developing and overseeing audit strategies, methodologies, and quality assurance programs. Formerly, they served as Vice President in the Audit Strategy Office at Prudential Financial, where they developed innovative audit strategies and oversaw internal audit processes across multiple global teams. Kyriaki began their auditing career as a Staff Auditor at AIG, focusing on internal control environments. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Rutgers Business School.
