Lauren DeCosimo is an experienced project and implementation manager with a strong track record in the financial services and media industries. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Results Delivery Office and previously as Implementation Manager for Operational Rebranding at Equitable since January 2020, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and driving organizational change. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Business Analyst and Implementation Manager for Rebranding at AXA US from April 2018 to September 2020, along with positions as Sr. Associate Case Manager and Product Sales Associate at AXA from June 2014 to April 2018. Lauren began career in business development at IQPC and as an Account Executive at American Lawyer Media’s Custom Projects Division.
