Margaret (Maggie) Carter has extensive experience in risk management and product development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Equitable since May 2019, Maggie has held various leadership roles including Head of Liability Governance and Non-Financial Risk Management. Previously at AXA US from April 2006 to May 2019, Maggie progressed through several positions, culminating in Director roles focused on Commercial Business Line Strategy and Annuity Product Development, where responsibilities included collaboration on product design and market rollout strategies.
