Mark Paquette

Mark Paquette is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Equitable since May 2023, Mark is also a Co-Founder and Principal at Recon Growth Partners, LLC. Previously held key leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Almas Construction Group, managing significant annual P&L and overseeing a large workforce and project pipeline. As Managing Director and CFO at MAVEC ADVISORS LLC, Mark focused on private equity M&A strategies within the construction sector. An earlier career includes roles at Lincoln Financial Group and Crystal & Company, where strategic consulting and business development were pivotal. Mark holds a Master of Accounting and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marist University.
