McSweeney Paula

McSweeney Paula is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in management and Scrum Master roles. Currently serving as the Lead Manager and Scrum Master for the End User Squad at Equitable since January 2020, McSweeney previously held the position of Lead Manager, IT Infrastructure Scrum Master at AXA Equitable Life from October 2018 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, McSweeney was a Program Manager for Dell Managed Services at AXA Tech from 2007 to 2017, overseeing the Helpdesk and Deskside support relationship. Additionally, McSweeney held roles as Service Control Team Lead and Service Desk Manager at AXA Tech, managing Help Desk services for MONY Financial Services and Advest Inc. from July 2004 to May 2006.
