Michael Biondi

Michael Biondi is a highly experienced attorney with a specialization in regulatory affairs, particularly in insurance law, employee benefits, reinsurance, privacy, political activities, lobbying law, and corporate governance as the Senior Director and Counsel at Equitable since October 2019. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Litigation Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from September 2011 to October 2019, focusing on financial services, antitrust, intellectual property, internal investigations, M&A litigation, and corporate debt. Michael’s earlier experiences include positions as a Summer Associate at Paul, Weiss, a Research Assistant at NYU School of Law, a Summer Law Clerk at The National Security Archive, and as Legislative Director in the New Jersey Senate. Michael holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
