Michael Luboa

Michael Luboa is a seasoned Digital Communications & Content Designer at Equitable since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in digital design and brand management from previous roles at Victoria's Secret, BrandShare US, and various design positions. At Victoria's Secret, responsibilities included maintaining brand integrity across email campaigns, collaborating to optimize messaging, leading specialty projects, managing designer teams, and assisting in updates for web and social platforms. Prior experience includes creating impactful presentations and designs for marketing efforts, as well as hands-on work in print and digital media. Michael holds a BFA in Electronic Design and Multimedia from The City College of New York, where foundational design skills were developed.
