Michael Staples

Michael Staples is an accomplished user experience professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Equitable since January 2020, Michael previously held the position of Lead Manager of User Experience at AXA US since July 2006. Michael's career also includes roles as a Senior User Interface Engineer at OutlookSoft, Product Manager at FitLinxx, and User-Centered Design Engineer at Hyperion Software. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus and is certified as a Usability Analyst and User Experience Analyst by Human Factors International, as well as a Certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum Alliance.
